Who remembers (and still has) clothing handmade by their grandma? Me!!! I am celebrating both of my grandmothers with this project for February. They both taught me to knit, sew, bake, and so much more.

When I saw Stampin' Up!'s "Handmade For You" stamp set in the new mini catalog, I immediately knew I needed to have this set.

Fun Fold W Card

This is no regular card, BUT it is really simple, I promise!

The Designer Series Paper I used is Love You Always from the Mini Catalog.  Also from the mini catalog are the silver foil sheets.  Cardstock is Blushing Bride and Whisper White.  Sentiments and flowers are from Last a Lifetime.
Also used the heart punch set, pastel pearls and Wink of Stella on the colored flowers.
Used Stampin' Up Blends - Pear Pizzaz, Rococo Rose, Blushing Bride




Measurements for the W Fold Card

- Blushing Bride Cardstock - 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
- Blushing Bride Cardstock - 1 3/4" x 11", scored at 2 3/4", 5 1/2", 8 1/4"
- Blushing Bride Cardstock -  (cut 4) 2 1/4" x 2 3/4"
- Layers of DSP and Whisper White - (cut 4) 2" x 2 1/2"
   For the layer on top of the Cardstock, you can really do anything here. 
- Whisper White Cardstock - (cut 2) 4" x 5 1/4"
- Foil sheet - 4 1/4" x 5 3/8"
- Love You Always DSP 4" x 5 1/4"

From the Heart

With Valentine's Day approaching, I've been busy trying to use all the new DSPs as well as the retired DSP. 
This was from last year's mini Stampin' Up catalog, called From the Heart.  
You can see I'm choosing layouts that use LOTS of DSP.
Now I'd better get busy getting my cards in the mail so they will arrive on time.

It's True Love!

 

Oh, my goodness!  It's True Love!!

Have I told you how much I LOVE this Designer Series Paper? 
So much so that I have colored and fussy-cut every square inch of the large flower sheets! This is the True Love DSP from the Love You Always suite featured in the Stampin' Up mini catalog.

For this cute little bag, I used the All Dressed Up die set, with the Love You Always foil sheets for the handles, the SAB Ombre paper for the sentiment, and of course the True Love paper for the bag and flowers/leaves.

The embellishments are the Black Matte Dots and Heart Charms.

For the coloring, I used Rococo Rose, light and dark, and Granny Apple Green Blends pens.
The sentiment is from the Lots of Heart stamp set.

Berry Delightful Birthday Card!!

This sweet 'lil birthday card uses the free stamp set (Berry Blessings) and free Designer Series Paper (Berry Delightful) from the Sale-a-bration catalog, and Sweet Strawberry stamp set from the SU Mini Catalog.

This cute birthday card uses the Whale Done stamps and Designer Series Paper.
The whales were fussy-cut from the DSP.
